Cross Keys Homes signs contract to build 20 new affordable homes.

Cross Keys Homes has signed a contract with Persimmon Homes to build a further 20 new affordable homes for the city.
Hampton Gardens is another phase of the section 106 site at Hampton, which Cross Keys Homes has been working on with Persimmons Homes, and will consist of 11 affordable rented and nine shared ownership homes.
Works are anticipated to start by the end of this year with the new homes available for people to move into the following year.
