Cross Keys Homes named one of the Top Social Landlords in the UK

Cross Keys Homes (CKH) has been recognised as one of the Top 50 Social Landlords in the country, as published by 24 Housing magazine, for the third year running.

Bagging a spot at number 21, up one place since 2017, CKH’s commitment to tenant engagement and supporting vulnerable people to sustain tenancies were cited as reasons for their success.

The list celebrates the excellent work of the social housing sector’s very best landlords, and is compiled and voted on by expert judges from across the sector.

CKH Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “It is fantastic to hear that we have once again been recognised nationally in this prestigious list.

“We’re on track to deliver more than 500 homes a year as part of our efforts to make sure that everyone can live in a safe, high quality home. From our Care and LifeLine services to our specialist Intervention team who provide support to the most vulnerable people in our communities, we have the wellbeing of our tenants firmly at the heart of what we do.

“I’m so proud of the CKH team and all that we achieve together, but what makes sure that we achieve results is that we’re always looking for ways to do better – so we’ll be back to prove ourselves again next year!”
