Cross Keys Homes (CKH) is delighted to have received a finalist award from LABC East Anglia Building Excellence Awards for their new Hartwell Way development in Westwood.

They were shortlisted for the Best Affordable New Housing Development thanks to the great partnership work between their construction partners Burmor, Peterborough City Council and The Design Partnership. 

The development of sixteen affordable homes not only brought much needed housing to the local area, but also provided them with the opportunity to renovate the nearby shopping parade. The improvements included new shop fascias, improved flooring, security features and murals painted on the shop shutters by Streets Art Hire.
