This month the Chamber will offer a unique insight into China and offer help and advice on how to enter and grow your business in the Chinese market.
Open to all businesses, this free event offers a unique informal environment for exporters, international service providers and those interested in accessing new markets overseas to network and share their knowledge and expertise.
Our guest speakers this month are Alex Phillips from LNP China, who assists the world’s most dynamic companies in building successful businesses in China, and Boyi Mu from the China-British Business Council who help British and Chinese businesses and organisations work together in China, the UK and third markets around the world.
Together, Alex and Boyi will explain how entry to the Chinese market has changed, offer advice on what you should consider before entering the market, identify the opportunities, country strategies and priorities and provide an update on marketing trends.
Karen Cash, Export Administrator at Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, commented: “China is a popular country for exports from the UK and we encourage companies to attend this free event to find out how to enter or expand in this vibrant market.
“China has been listed in the top three counties eight times in the last 12 months for documentation processed by the Chamber. In September alone exports totalling £5.5million were exported from Cambridgeshire.”
Chamber staff will be on hand to offer advice on completing your export documentation, plus they will be handing out country guides that offer advice on doing business in India, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico and Nigeria.
