Boongate Kia are pleased to announce that their dealership in Peterborough, has recently passed the Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) audit. The accreditation proves that their business has been able to achieve only the highest possible standards necessary to promote the virtues of electric vehicle ownership.
The EVA is the world’s first initiative of its kind and is crucial when demonstrating to consumers how much knowledge and expertise Boongate can offer when it comes to not only selling, but performing maintenance work on electric vehicles too.
The EVA is endorsed by the Government’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles and is designed to recognise experience and expertise in the electric vehicle market and to promote the absolute best in industry standards for the benefit of the consumer and the environment.
Boongate Kia’s Managing Director, Andy O’Shea had this to say, “I’m absolutely thrilled to be EVA approved,” he continues, “over the past few years we’ve been working incredibly hard to promote the benefits of electric vehicles, and even though we are a local company, we think globally when it comes to doing our bit for the planet and taking strides for the good of the consumer.”
“With the government looking to push on towards carbon neutrality by 2050, it’s important that businesses like ourselves continue to bang the drum for the electric vehicle market; especially now we’re seeing models that are absolutely state-of-the-art at affordable prices!”
