Last October we launched our online shop The Art in the Heart Marketplace www.artintheheart.co.uk/marketplace which sells beautiful pieces and products directly from the artists’ and makers’ studios, workshops and creative spaces. We sell jewellery, ceramics, glass, textiles, sculpture, paintings, prints, cards, a whole range of quality merchandise and much more.

Unlike our city centre gallery, we invite any UK artist or maker to register with us. They have to go through a rigorous vetting procedure. Do they have the quality product we want, totally synonymous with our brand, and are they serious about selling online so that they can give the customer service required? 

For those interested in the technical side, this is a multi vendor marketplace, so when we want an artist or maker to join us, then they are issued with their own dashboard to upload their products. At the moment we have 16 Sellers and another 10 going through registration.
