Anne Corder Recruitment scores ISO accreditation for 17th consecutive year

Independent Peterborough agency Anne Corder Recruitment (ACR) has passed its annual audit, for the 17th year in a row.

The ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) industry standard accreditation is recognised as the only international indicator of quality. The award is confirmation that ACR has, once again, proved to be an efficient and cost effective business for staff, clients and candidates.

The report made special reference to ACR’s online customer survey. Carried out on a rolling basis, the results have consistently shown more than 95% of candidates who respond are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the service provided by the Park Road based agency. The inspector also made mention of the continuing steps ACR is taking to improve its already award-winning eco-credentials.

During the day long inspection, systems and processes were put under the microscope, staff interviewed and schedules examined.

Following the audit the agency, which also has a satellite office in the city’s Lynch Wood Business Park, was awarded ISO 9001:2008.

Anne Corder said: “We strive to provide best practice in all areas of our work and the fact we have achieved accreditation for the 17th consecutive year is a sign of that commitment. The ISO mark demonstrates to candidates and clients that we are engaging the very highest standards on their behalf in all areas of our service.”

Since 1995, Anne Corder Recruitment has been at the forefront of recruitment in the Greater Peterborough area. By ensuring best practice in every area, the entirely independent agency has developed a reputation for providing a high quality service to candidates and clients, delivered by a team of hand-picked professionals.
