Independent Peterborough agency Anne Corder Recruitment (ACR) has passed its annual audit for the 19th year running.
The company, based in Lynch Wood, passed its quality review, with the inspector noting that the management system “continues to be maintained in a professional manner.”
Recognised as the only international indicator of quality, the ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) 9001:2008 accreditation demonstrates ACR’s commitment to running an efficient and cost effective business.
Inspectors spend a day reviewing a company’s methods and systems, with an evaluation being made through employee interviews, record verification and sampling methodologies.
The final report made special mention of the agency’s induction programme for new staff, with the audit verifying that the training matrix was up to date. It also highlighted the company’s high levels of customer satisfaction, ascertained by comprehensive methods of obtaining client and candidate feedback.
Anne Corder said: “We strive to provide best practice in all areas of our work and achieving accreditation for the 19th consecutive year is testament to that. The ISO mark demonstrates to candidates and clients that we are engaging the very highest standards on their behalf in all areas of our service.”
