Lincolnshire-based housebuilder Allison Homes (www.allison-homes.co.uk) has officially opened a new show home at its brand-new Pinchbeck Fields development (http://larkfleethomes.co.uk/pinchbeck-fields-pinchbeck/newhomes) near Spalding.

The opening was marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by Allison Homes CEO Karl Hick in front of an invited VIP audience. Following the ribbon cutting, a group of specially invited guests joined in the opening celebrations and shared some light refreshments.

The show house will give prospective buyers the opportunity to experience a ‘real life’ version of their potential new home. It includes features such as family rooms, open plan living areas, luxury dining, bathrooms and spacious bedrooms.

The official opening gave local councilors, estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other individuals involved in house building a chance to see for themselves the quality and finish of Allison Homes’ newest development.
