EASTER GIVEAWAY FOR LARKFLEET DEVELOPMENT VISITORS IN PINCHBECK

The sales team at Glen Grange, Larkfleet Homes’ (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) housing development in Pinchbeck, is offering showhome visitors a chocolate treat as a special Easter gift.

Larkfleet is giving away chocolate Easter eggs to potential homebuyers who visit its Glen Grange site over the long Easter weekend (18-21 April).

“The real treat for homebuyers, however, is Larkfleet’s popular equity share scheme which is available at Glen Grange” said Larkfleet CEO Karl Hick.

Larkfleet offers the equity share scheme, which allows homebuyers to potentially own a new home but only pay 75 to 85 per cent of the total cost, to help local first-time buyers and growing families move onto or up the housing ladder.

Larkfleet pays the remaining 25 to 15 per cent and homebuyers have five or ten years to pay back the amount Larkfleet contributed towards the cost of the property. No interest is added to the amount homebuyers have borrowed from Larkfleet during this five or ten year period and the property can be sold at any time.

The equity-share scheme is perfect for young couples who are looking to purchase their very own home but can’t quite afford the full purchase price. It is also available to growing families who are looking for a little extra room and wish to take their next step on the property ladder.

A recently opened showhome is available on site for visitors to tour and the Glen Grange sales team will be on hand over the Easter weekend to offer advice on the home buying process.

Solar photovoltatic (PV) panels which will produce electricity from daylight, generating useable power even on cloudy days, will be fitted to all properties at Glen Grange. Larkfleet homeowners at Glen Grange will therefore benefit from reduced electricity bills for years to come by using the energy which the panels generate and also create an income from selling excess power back to the grid.

The government’s Help to Buy scheme is also available on selected properties.

Karl Hick added: “The sales team at Glen Grange has been extremely successful and properties are being snapped up very quickly. This demonstrates just how popular the development is with local homebuyers, as well as highlighting the demand for quality new housing in the local area.

“There is a real buzz around the Glen Grange development and Larkfleet is proud to be helping local buyers purchase a new home.”

Larkfleet previously built 33 homes as part of the first phase of Glen Grange, providing buyers with quality new homes at affordable prices. It is now constructing 35 additional two and three-bedroom homes on site as phase two of the development.

The second phase of Glen Grange is not only allowing first-time buyers a chance to get a foot on the property ladder but is also providing local jobs as Larkfleet is utilising local labour and product supply chains.

The chocolate eggs will the handed out on a first come first served basis and a maximum of two will be handed out per household.
