PAMPER YOUR MUM THIS MOTHER’S DAY AT THE CROFT

The Croft (www.thecroftbourne.co.uk), a lifestyle living development for the over 55s in Bourne, Lincolnshire, is offering beauty treatments to local mums and grandmothers as a special treat ahead of Mother’s Day.

The Croft, located on North Road, is working with a local beauty therapist to offer free 30 minute pampering treatments from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday 29 March in the comfort of its refurbished communal manor house on site.

Treatments on offer include a back, shoulder and neck massage, a mini manicure, mini pedicure and mini facial. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will also be provided.

To book a beauty treatment for a well deserving mum or grandmother, all people need to do is visit The Croft sales office or call 01778 426995 and speak to one of the sales team. There are only a limited number of treatment slots available, however, and all bookings will be granted on a first come, first served basis.

The Croft consists of 75 one, two and three-bedroom homes set around attractively landscaped gardens. The manor house sits at the centre of the development and has been fully restored to its former glory. It now forms a communal hub and regularly hosts events for residents and the wider community.

The Croft provides a range of benefits including easy access and adaptable properties, minimal maintenance, communal facilities and an estate manager on site, while still encouraging residents to live completely independent and active lives.

The development is a joint venture between Bourne-based housebuilder Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) and Keystone Developments (www.keystonedevelopments.co.uk), part of the Longhurst Group.

Karl Hick, CEO of Larkfleet commented: “The refurbished manor house at The Croft lends itself very well to a variety of activities such as these Mother’s Day beauty treatments and residents also use the space for their own hobby clubs and social groups.

“The manor house helps reinforce the development’s community ethos and is proving a real ‘pull’ factor for homebuyers.”

The Croft offers a number of purchase options to help make the moving process that little bit easier. The sales team offers part exchange packages, as well as an ‘assisted move’ option where The Croft can help homebuyers sell their existing homes.

In addition, The Croft offers potential homebuyers its ‘secure home purchase’ scheme and shared equity deals on selected plots.
