CIT Group Plc, represented by Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, has let two floors of office space at Stuart House, Peterborough to Yealand Administration Ltd and Serco.

Yealand Administration, a fund administration company, has taken 5,726 sq ft (532 sq m) on the second floor of Zone Five on a new 10-year lease at an annual rent of £62,986. Also in Zone Five, Serco has taken the first floor, agreeing a new five-year lease on 5,705 sq ft (530 sq m) of space at an annual rent of £65,608.

Located in Peterborough’s city centre, Stuart House comprises prime Grade A office accommodation varying in size from 5,522 sq ft (513 sq m) with current tenants including the Home Office and Peterborough City Council.

Serco’s tenancy at Stuart House is particularly positive, as it was generated by it’s new strategic partnership with Ideal Shopping and Yealands is an expansion of it’s existing operation in Peterborough.”
