Media Matters expands to meet growing demand

MEDIA Matters, the Peterborough-based PR and marketing agency has appointed two new staff to strengthen its offer to clients and handle increasing demand for its services.

The arrival of Charlotte Brocklebank and Rob Adcock now takes the Media Matters team up to 13.

Graduate Charlotte, from Baston, has joined the company as media assistant to provide additional research support while Rob will be increasing the digital marketing team to meet growing demand for their services.  He previously managed the digital marketing activity at a major city car franchise.

“These are genuinely exciting times for Media Matters.  Despite negative comments from many in the media about the state of the business economy, we are responding to increasing inquiry levels from new clients,” said managing director Peter Corder.

Media Matters was founded 18 years ago and largely consists of media professionals from journalism, sales or marketing.  The company has embraced the digital media revolution and provides a broad range of services including media handling, developing marketing and PR strategies, social media, e-mail marketing, search engine optimisation, website development and content management.

“The arrival of both Charlotte and Rob will make a huge difference and strengthen our ability to research and develop new opportunities to help clients meet their business objectives,” added Peter.

Media Matters was recently chosen to spearhead the re-branding and re-launch of Peterborough Arena including the brand development, implementing a PR and marketing plan, including signage, advertising, new website, media coverage and all marketing literature.
