Lawyers launch coronavirus task force to help businesses and individuals

Leading lawyers Roythornes has launched a coronavirus task force to meet the growing demand for business and individual advice during the pandemic.

The task force consists of members of all of Roythornes’ specialist teams including Agriculture, Commercial Property and Private Client.

Speaking about the initiative, Mark Dodds, Roythornes’ Marketing manager said:

“Like many businesses that provide advice, we were receiving an increasing number of enquiries across the firm about how the pandemic was affecting them.

The questions have involved everything from how it affects contracts to making wills and planning permission – it really has impacted on all areas of business and personal life.  We thought it would be sensible to have a single point of contact in each team for all coronavirus related questions.  This not only gives people a recognised expert to speak to, but also means we can monitor the type of questions coming in and use that to tailor our communications.”

“We have already had a number of enquiries to the task force and I’d encourage anyone who has questions about how their business or personal life has been affected by the pandemic to get in touch – we have an experienced and knowledgeable team ready to help.”
