Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum – depending on experience

Hours: Full time, 35 hours, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional five-star customer service to all our clients by supporting the delivery of our busy reception and event hospitality services at Future Business Centre Peterborough.

You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

         

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will support in assisting the Centre Manager with all aspects of the FBCP management in accordance with the strategy and vision of the Directors of Allia FBC and Allia Impact Ltd.
  • You will assist the Centre Manager in the day to day management and operations of the FBCP.
  • You will assist the Centre Manager in supporting the Director of FBC and Allia Impact Ltd on the financial management and reporting on the FBCP’s activities.
  • You will help the Centre Manager to ensure that the FBCP meets all legal, health and safety requirements.
  • You will deputise for the Centre Manager and liaise with the Marketing team to promote and market the FBCP and its activities.
  • You will assist the Centre Manager in their responsibility to recruit and manage tenants within the building.
  • You will contribute to the Centre Manager acting as spokesperson and ambassador for the FBCP and Allia in Peterborough.
  • You will work with the Impact team to ensure tenants are aware and involved in any business support activity.
  • Manage client records, mailing lists, bookings, service logging and invoicing on Clarity.
  • Provide support on reception, and ensure that all policies, processes and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service is maintained for new and existing clients and visitors.
  • Oversee the administration of FBCP by ensuring that prospects and clients are logged, into the CRM and Clarity.
  • Monitor and report to Centre Manager prospect client enquiries.
  • Facilitate the management of existing clients, and new enquiries for virtual office, co-working and event space.
  • Provide inductions for new co-workers.
  • Engage with tenants and clients with the aim of providing first class customer service and to support the building of an innovative and collaborative community whilst reporting to the Centre Manager on what additional services could be provided to meet their requirements.
  • Deputise for Centre Manager during times of absence, including acting as Responsible Person for emergency situations, very occasional call outs, oversee contractors, provide regular weekly and monthly fire safety checks.
  • Provide daily, and weekly fire safety checks and ensure building is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Working with Facilities Manager to ensure Contractor Management.
  • Work closely with all areas of the organisation, but particularly with the Centre Manager and Facilities Manager for FBCP.
  • Assist Allia by undertaking any other duties as deemed reasonable and within the individual’s scope of competence.
