IPM appoints two senior staff as part of growth plans

GLOBAL mobility specialists IPM has made two senior appointments as part of its plan to double the size of the business within the next three years.

David Kitchen has been appointed chairman to help drive the business growth. He has been providing IPM with business advice for six months before taking up the role of chairman on March 1.

He has a wealth of experience in building and growing businesses and is non executive director for a number of companies across the UK.

“My role at IPM is to spearhead the growth plan to double the size of the business within three years. This will enable us to become a market leader in the global mobility industry and provide a more comprehensive product range and improved services to all our clients around the world,” he said.

Also joining the IPM team is Rob Buckley, who will be supporting the growth strategy as Business Development Manager.

Previously, Rob was UK Sales Manager for a global assurance services business with responsibilities for growing revenues across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

“I am delighted to have both David and Rob on board to further strengthen the IPM team and give us the ammunition to fulfil our growth projections at a time when global mobility is increasing as businesses move expertise around the world,” said IPM managing director Alan Bentley.

IPM has offices in London and Peterborough. The company specialises in handling international assignments on behalf of global clients including issues of tax, immigration, social security and associated relocation issues.
