Roundtable: Reopening Your Workplace – Keeping Your People Engaged and Motivated

As workplaces re-open, our businesses and organisations need to manage our physical workspace, productivity and customer expectations; we also need to show leadership in how we re-integrate our people, maintain their motivation and ensure their wellbeing too.
Bringing furloughed employees back to work requires a plan. At this roundtable discussion, 12 businesses will have an opportunity to share what’s working, troubleshoot common challenges, learn from good practice, and come away with some actions to help you survive now, then thrive in the future.

- What circumstances are creating stress for your people? Personal health? Home-schooling? Care responsibilities?
- How might the dynamics change between those who have worked during lockdown and those who are returning?
- What will your people need to learn about? What new objectives will there be?
- How are you planning to change the knowledge, skills and processes to meet the needs of your customers and your people?
