Be the Business
Established in 2017, Be the Business is tackling the nation's productivity problem by helping SMEs ramp up their performance with business health checks, and providing practical support from other business owners and mentors.
It is estimated that every year in the UK SMEs lose £182,273 due to low productivity, resulting in an £18 billion productivity gap in the UK's top ten cities.
Following successful trials in Manchester and the West Midlands, Be the Business is being rolled out nationally. It offers mentoring for senior leaders in SMEs, connecting them with organisations like KPMG, Cisco, Siemens and BAE Systems. A great opportunity for anyone looking for an experienced mentor, or a successful leader that wants to share their expertise and help other enterprises flourish.
Rich Olsen & Bob Clarke
