Greenwoods GRM LLP via GoToWebinar, City Road, PETERBOROUGH, PE1 1JE
The Government has started to set out its plan to ease the lockdown. Many employers will already be thinking about the difficult task of how to get employees back into the workplace safely and efficiently. There are many pitfalls to avoid.
Join our webinar on Thursday 14 May 2020 at 2.30pm when John Macaulay, Partner and Head of Greenwoods GRM’s Employment team will discuss key employment law issues, including:
- What to do if staff do not (or cannot) return to work, for example, because they are on sick leave, are shielding or have no childcare
- How to deal with staff who ignore social distancing and other workplace rules
- Dealing with temporary changes to terms and conditions, such as working hours and flexible working requests
- If you anticipate having insufficient work for all staff, how might you approach dealing with redundancies during furlough?
You will be able to raise any specific queries either in advance or during the webinar. Your host will answer as many of these as possible during the session. Please submit any questions prior to the webinar to email@example.com by close of business on Wednesday, 13 May 2020.
