Cross Keys Homes provides new affordable homes in the village of Tinwell, Rutland

Cross Keys Homes (CKH) are delighted to have completed their new housing  scheme in Rutland to provide four new traditionally designed stone-built homes.

Working in partnership with Hereward Homes, the housing association has developed these much-needed homes in the village of Tinwell, not far from Stamford.

Each of the 3-bedroom homes have been developed to a high spec providing three affordable rented homes and one shared ownership property.

New Business Development Manager, Claire Moloney, said: “This has been a fantastic development to work on with Hereward Homes, working together to provide high quality affordable homes to a high specification.”

“All the new homes have been built in stone so that they are in-keeping with the village surroundings and are fitted with Air Source Heat Pump technology to provide heating and hot water”.

Construction Director, Paul Stevenson, from Hereward Homes, added: “We spent a considerable amount of time getting the development design right in liaison with the planning department and local villagers, to provide high spec affordable homes that compliment the other open market properties on the site.

“We were thrilled when Cross Keys Homes came on board and were very complimentary of our product.”
