Allia Future Business Centre supports NHS by hosting local Covid-19 antibody test clinic

The business centre at Peterborough United’s stadium provides venue for
free testing for the region’s care staff

Allia Future Business Centre Peterborough is proud to be supporting the NHS by providing a venue for its local Covid-19 antibody testing clinic. The free tests are available for all staff that work in care homes, domiciliary care and day care centres, as well as personal assistants who are employed via personal health budgets, and assisted/supported living staff.

The antibody test involves a voluntary blood test and aims to determine whether a person has already had Coronavirus. Tests are being provided free of charge by the NHS via the Greater Peterborough Network and are currently available to book online, by appointment only.

Antibody tests are available at Allia Business Centre Peterborough on at Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 09.00 and 13.00. Results are received within 72 hours via text massage. To book a test please visit https://greaterpeterboroughgps.nhs.uk/appointments/antibody-blood-test/.

As many buildings shut their doors, Allia Future Business Centre remained open throughout lockdown, enabling those unable to work from home to continue working in a comfortable and safe environment. Those tenants who work to support the community were able to continue their critical work from their office throughout the pandemic. The centre is Covid-safe, adhering to the government’s guidelines for safe working in shared spaces, and available to book for socially-distanced meetings, training courses and events – plus it offers flexible workspace from private offices to co-working.
