What’s the biggest challenge you face in today’s economy?
While most companies understand the importance of having a Business Continuity Plan, many are not aware of the solutions available from companies like DSM and how we can support the resilience needed to pass audits and meet Service Level Agreements.
What’s your greatest achievement?
Our highly secure and resilient facility has more than 650 fully configured workplace recovery positions that allow customers to carry on running their businesses if they are unable to operate from their own premises. The facility includes a state-of-the-art data centre, offering a range of hosting services including Cloud Computing and Online Backup to ensure availability of customer data in any event.
