Terms and Conditions

The Peterborough "Future is You" city marketing brand is owned and managed by Opportunity Peterborough. To use the logo and branding, you must first agree
to the following terms:

1. The logo/s available for download from our website are subject to these terms, as well as any specific guidelines contained herein or provided under separate cover. If you download any logo or other materials from the Opportunity Peterborough website or associated site, you agree to be bound by these guidelines and terms. Full brand guidelines should be downloaded.
2. Opportunity Peterborough will licence your business to use the city marketing logo only on printed materials for promotional use, emails and your website/online resources. Printed materials will include, but is not limited to, letterheads, faxes, invoices, business cards, compliment slips and promotional literature. The brand size and fonts must not differ from those provided and described in the accompanying brand guidelines.
3. If your business / organisation wish to use the logo on your website it must include a hyper link to the www.opportunitypeterborough.co.uk website.
4. Your business or organisation will ensure that any products or services sold or distributed comply with all laws, regulations, codes and standards applicable to the manufacture of such products under UK law. Your business must ensure that any activity undertaken will not be detrimental to the image or good name of Opportunity Peterborough or city brand in anyway.
5. It is recognised that print quality logos may be downloaded directly by printers/designers to produce marketing and promotion materials on behalf of their customers. All brand guidelines that refer to the use of the Future is You logo must be interpreted as meaning the production, printing or publishing of materials bearing the logos.
6. Your business or organisation undertakes not to sell, alter, modify, license, sub licence, copy, or use the logo in any way other than has been specifically authorised by Opportunity Peterborough.
7. Your business or organisation acknowledges that Opportunity Peterborough reverses the right to revoke the authorisation to view, download, use and print the logos and materials made available on our website at any time, and for any reason. Such authorisation shall be deemed to cease immediately upon removing materials from the website.
8. Your business or organisation acknowledges that any rights and licences granted to you by Opportunity Peterborough does not constitute a transfer of title. Opportunity Peterborough retains full ownership of the brand mark. Your business or organisation does not obtain any ownership right, title or other interest in Opportunity Peterborough materials/logos or trademarks by downloading, copying, or otherwise using the logo and materials. To avoid doubt, you are in no way authorised to describe your business, organisation or yourself as, or imply you are a 'friend', 'partner' or 'sponsor' of, or in any way affiliated to, endorsed by, or associated with, Opportunity Peterborough.
9. Opportunity Peterborough shall not be liable to you or any other party for any loss of revenue, business, profit or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages, whether based in UK Law (tort) (including without limitation, negligence or strict liability), contract, or other legal grounds, even if Opportunity Peterborough has been advised or has reason to know of the possibility of such damages.
10. Any materials are provided on an "as-is" basis. Opportunity Peterborough specifically disclaims all express, statutory, or any implied warranties related to these materials or Logos, including but not limited to those concerning merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of any third party rights regarding the materials.
11. Your business or organisation accepts that Opportunity Peterborough may at any time and at their absolute discretion require all and any use of the logos and brand by your business or organisation to immediately cease and you will, if so required, cease all and any such use of the logos, brand and materials forthwith.
12. By becoming a bondholder you agree to Opportunity Peterborough contacting you to share news, events and other bondholder information. We will not pass your details to third parties.
